Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

If a product is found to be defective due to damage, stains, or other quality issues, we will replace it with a non-defective item.

Size exchanges are accepted only if the item has been tried on and remains unused.

Products showing signs of use, washing, or unusual odors are not eligible for return.
Returns due to customer preference—such as “different from expected” or other subjective reasons—are generally not accepted.

Made-to-Order (MTO) Products

As made-to-order (MTO) items are individually manufactured specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects.

 

Shipping Costs

In the case of defective products:
We will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement.

Size exchanges:
Size exchanges are accepted only if the item has been tried on but not used for riding.
Please note that all round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
As we do not keep stock, size exchanges require an additional production period of approximately 60 days.

 

Cancellations of Made-to-Order (MTO)products

Made-to-Order (MTO) products, cancellations cannot be accepted from the day after the final order deadline.

 

Cancellation Due to Incomplete or Incorrect Customs Information

In accordance with the regulations of the destination country/region, if required customs information (such as PCCC, Resident ID, etc.) is not provided correctly, or if the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, we will suspend the shipment and cancel the order.

Please note that any return shipping fees and/or reshipping costs may be charged to the customer in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
